Information:
1. Prices are not subject to 11% PPh & VAT.
2. No deposit, full payment must be made no later than 7 days before the event.

Rehearsal (3 Hours Max)
Room Only: Rp1,500,000
Full Set: Rp2,250,000
Overtime Usage

If there is additional usage time outside the agreed schedule, a fee of
IDR 300,000 per hour will be charged.
Bazaar Stand / Tenant

Available area for bazaar needs or supporting tenants for your event:
IDR 200,000 per tenant
Bung Tomo Auditorium Rental Procedures & Flow
Want to host an event at Bung Tomo Auditorium? Follow these easy steps to start a collaboration:
1. Contact Us
Please contact the contact person or come directly to the LPU RRI Surabaya. Include a proposal or flyer outlining your planned activities.
4. Signing of the Agreement
The tenant will sign a PKS (Cooperation Agreement) as a form of official agreement between the two parties.

Our team will prepare a Cooperation Offer Letter tailored to your event needs.
A technical meeting was held to discuss the details of the event implementation, from the rundown to the technical needs at the location.
3. Approval & Payment
Once the offer is approved, the tenant can proceed to the payment stage according to the applicable provisions.
6. Implementation of Activities
Your event is ready to be held at Bung Tomo Auditorium with the support of our facilities and professional team.
